The Copa Farmers Market is more than a place to sell — it’s a community that supports local makers, growers, food vendors, and small businesses. Thank you for your interest in being part of our community. All vendors must meet our criteria and be approved by the Copa Farmers Market committee prior to participating.
Approval Requirements
All vendors must complete the New Vendor Registration below to be considered. Approved vendors will be notified by email only. Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required licenses, permits, and certifications applicable to their business.
Non-profit organizations are eligible for one complimentary market visit per calendar year and may qualify for discounted pricing. Please contact the Market Manager for details.
Vendor Fees
Food & Wares Vendors: $50 per event
Food Trucks: $100 per event
Registration Deadline
Vendor registration closes Friday at 10:00 PM prior to the event. Payments received after the deadline will incur an automatic $10 late fee. Summer deadline is Wednesday @ 6PM before the event.
Important Notes
All vendors must be approved prior to participating. New vendors must submit all required paperwork, permits, licenses, and payment before acceptance is finalized. Space is limited and approval is not guaranteed

Vendor Setup
Vendors must provide their own tent, table, chairs, and proper tent weights. All tents and canopies must be securely anchored and comply with City Fire Marshal requirements. Event vendor fees, space assignments, and layouts are determined by the Event Coordinator.
Market Locations & Hours
January–May and October–December
Location: Lowe’s Home Improvement
Market Hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Setup Time: 7:00 AM – 8:45 AM
All vehicles must be out of the venue by 8:45 AM. Vendor parking is available in the lot adjacent to the venue. Late arrivals must walk their items in. Tear down begins at 2:00 PM.
June–September (Summer)
Location: Central Arizona College
Market Hours: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Setup Time: 7:00 AM – 8:45 AM
All vehicles must be out of the venue by 8:45 AM. Vendor parking is available in the adjacent lot. Late arrivals must walk their items in.
Tear Down: Begins at 12:30 PM.
