All participating vendors must meet our criteria and align with our mission and values be considered and be approved by the committee. If you are approved, you will be notified by email only. Vendors may be required to obtain necessary licenses, permits, etc.
Non-profit organizations are eligible to receive one complimentary visit per calendar year and a discounted price, please contact Market Manager.
To be a vendors please complete our agreement below. Event vendor fees and assignments are determined by the Event Coordinator. Vendors must provide their own tent, table, chairs and weights to anchor tent that comply with City Fire Marshall requirements.
Jan. – May, Oct – Dec. market hours are 9:00 AM-2:00 PM at Lowes Home Improvement. Set up time is 7:00 am – 8:45 AM. You must have your vehicle out of the venue by 8:45 AM. Parking is available if lot adjacent to the venue. If you are late you will need to walk it in. Tear down time is 2:00 PM. No vehicles may be in the venue before 2:00 PM.
June – September market hours are 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM at Central Arizona College. Set up time is 7:00 AM – 8:45 AM. You must have your vehicle out of the venue by 8:45 am. Parking is available if lot adjacent to the venue. If you are late you will need to walk it in. Tear down time is 12:30 PM.

Vendor Fees
Food & Wares Vendor: $50 per event
Food Trucks: $75 per event
Vendor Registration Deadline is Friday 10pm
An late fee of $10 will be added to payment after due date.
Note: All vendors must have been approved. New vendors shall have submitted all applicable paperwork, permits/license and payment.
