We’re always looking for friendly, dependable volunteers to help before, during, and after the market. Whether you can help for a couple of hours or the whole day, we’d love to have you.
Volunteer Shifts
• Set Up: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM – Help with signs, tables, canopies, and general market setup.
• Teardown: 1:30 PM – Assist with breakdown, cleanup, and loading materials after the market closes.
• All Day – Support the market throughout the event — setup, vendor assistance, guest support, and cleanup.
ASSIGNMENTS
Day of Event: Setup signs, prepare trash boxes, pick up trash/replace trash liners throughout the event, set up A-Frame signs at entrances, Assist with overall setup of tables, canopies, chairs, etc. as needed.
Check-in Coordinator
Check-in and assist vendors to their location and space area, help with setup if needed, verify that all canopies/tents have weights securing from moving meets Fire Marshall requirements. Assist with setup if needed.
Greeter/Information Center:
Customer service, answer questions, direct guests to certain vendors, restrooms, etc. Promote, recruit more vendors, volunteers, sponsors, etc. Answer any questions guests may have, be the eyes and ears of the market.
Social Media
Post content daily i.e. upcoming events, pictures, videos, etc., update facebook and instagram platforms.
